Naali Oy is company located in town of Raisio Finland. Our company was established on year 2002 aiming to supply customer’s measurement services and related mechanical supervisor services around globe on customer premises.

Company has good optical instruments this allows us to supply fast and accurate measurements.

All our personnel have valid safety work permits and our personnel are used to work according to industry standards.

We supply installation supervisor service aroud world in customers premises.

Our strongest experience is from paper machine installations.

We have also been helping for example: car, ship,wind and several different machine builders.

Machine measurement

Company is specialized on machine measurements.

At present we are working with tracker and total station based equipments. This gives us advantage of fast and accurate measurements before and after alignment. We are also using traditional equipments and traditional ways pending on measured structure and customer demand. Accuracy of our equipment is better than normal requirement on machine industry.

We also have laser based drive alignment equipments (also for universal shaft) and laser equipment for accurate flatness measurement.

We can also manufacture additional equipment to meet special demands of customer equipment and structures to ensure best and most accurate result.

Laser trackker

Laser tracker is very accurate and fast device for installation ja checkup measurements.

Measurements can be checked using 3D model as a reference or by creating nominal points during measurement. On program user can create circles, cylinders ext and compare for example measured circle center to nominal and move devices while following numbers on computer screen or tablet.
